This role is not about delivering prepared lessons. It is about designing experiences that lead adults to ask, "A child accomplished that?" If you have grown frustrated with rigid curriculum frameworks, delayed decision cycles, or diminished expectations, this opportunity represents a different path. You will create meaningful Life Skills experiences where intentional challenge drives learning and observable progress validates the approach.
Alpha Anywhere operates as a remote program supporting students ages 8–14 in developing life skills through interactive workshops and authentic challenges—not passive instruction or fill-in-the-blank tasks. This position was created to evolve a founder-led prototype into a scalable, instructor-ready program. You will design content, lead sessions, and refine the entire cycle. You will launch workshops, craft standalone challenges, execute feedback loops, and organize showcases where students confidently share their accomplishments.
This is not a structured, closely supervised position. You will be empowered to solve problems, elevate standards, and capture what succeeds so it can be transferred to others. If you excel with creative freedom, demonstrate strong virtual facilitation skills, and trust that young people can rise to difficult tasks, this will be the most rewarding work you have done.
If you prefer your impact measured by genuine transformation rather than administrative compliance, we should speak.
What You Will Be Doing
• Lead interactive, student-centered workshops where participants drive conversation and activity while you respond dynamically to their needs
• Create standalone challenges featuring explicit success criteria and concrete deliverables that students can pursue with minimal direct assistance
• Provide rapid, actionable feedback that clarifies next steps and produces quantifiable progress across multiple learners
• Refine workshop design through analysis of evidence (results, session notes, video recordings, participant input) and record modifications to ensure continuous program improvement
• Organize showcase events where students present completed work to families, demonstrating measurable growth and increased self-assurance
What You Won’t Be Doing
• Implement existing curriculum materials or deliver instruction from externally developed lesson plans
• Allocate time to grading, standardized test preparation, or procedural tasks driven by regulatory requirements
• Navigate multiple approval stages before testing a concept, conducting a pilot, or deploying a revision
• Depend on physical proximity to generate engagement; you will establish rapport and drive momentum through virtual platforms
