About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Customer Development and Relationship Management: Responsible for identifying large customer needs, building and maintaining high-level relationships, and developing comprehensive customer management plans to drive cooperation and ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity. Solution Design: Leverage internal and external resources to analyze industry trends and customer pain points, and customize supply chain solutions (e.g., cost estimation, pricing strategies). Lead the bidding and business negotiation processes to ensure efficient project implementation. Project Operations Management: Monitor project execution quality, profit and loss, and payment progress. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve exceptions, optimize processes and cost structures, achieve business objectives, and improve profitability. Market Insight and Strategy: Gather industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to produce market analysis reports. Drive product iteration and model innovation to enhance the company's industry competitiveness. Team Collaboration and Empowerment: Coordinate project team assignments, improve team performance through training, incentives, and process optimization, cultivate a professional talent pipeline, and ensure the organization's sustainable development.
