Key Responsibilities
• Monitor system dashboards and operational alerts
• Identify and report service interruptions
• Escalate issues to technical teams

Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma required; technical training preferred
• 1–3 years monitoring or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in rotating shifts if required
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
