JOB TITLE: Junior Paid Media Buyer (Meta + Google Ads) – Part-Time Company: Grow Automate Scale Location: Remote (Must overlap EST 9am–1pm minimum) Type: Part-Time, Long-Term Hourly Range: $18–$25/hr Expected Hours: 15–25 per week Accounts: 4–6 client accounts ABOUT US Grow Automate Scale is a performance marketing agency helping coaches, course creators, and membership brands scale using paid advertising. We are lean, data-driven, and results-focused. No fluff. No babysitting. We are hiring to expand capacity and offload execution from leadership. THE ROLE We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Buyer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This is an execution-focused role. You will manage 4–6 client accounts and follow established strategy frameworks. You will not be responsible for company strategy, sales, or team leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Monitor KPIs daily including CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS Launch new campaigns and implement testing frameworks Adjust budgets and improve performance weekly Maintain clean naming conventions and account structure Deliver weekly performance summaries Communicate clearly in Slack and Asana Flag performance issues early KPIs CTR 2% or higher on Meta Stable or improving CPL On-time weekly reporting Clean account structure and organization Proactive optimizations REQUIREMENTS 1–3 years experience managing Meta Ads Experience managing Google Ads Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization Comfortable inside Ads Manager daily Strong English communication Detail-oriented Able to follow systems Available during EST overlap hours APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS To be considered, you must submit: Screenshot of 2 ad accounts you have managed with KPIs visible A 3–5 minute Loom video explaining how you would lower CPL in a struggling campaign Answer this question: What is your process when a campaign’s CPL increases 40% in one week?
