Accounts: 4–6 client accounts

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Buyer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
This is an execution-focused role.
You will manage 4–6 client accounts and follow established strategy frameworks.
You will not be responsible for company strategy, sales, or team leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Monitor KPIs daily including CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS
Launch new campaigns and implement testing frameworks
Adjust budgets and improve performance weekly
Maintain clean naming conventions and account structure
Deliver weekly performance summaries
Communicate clearly in Slack and Asana
Flag performance issues early
KPIs
CTR 2% or higher on Meta
Stable or improving CPL
On-time weekly reporting
Clean account structure and organization
Proactive optimizations
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years experience managing Meta Ads
Experience managing Google Ads
Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization
Comfortable inside Ads Manager daily
Strong English communication
Detail-oriented
Able to follow systems
Available during EST overlap hours
