Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain referral relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industry, as well as friends and family
- Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions from a portfolio of 100+ carriers
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and potentially running a corporate sales office or building your own agency
