• Providing personalized solutions to our customers, enhancing their lives with the right devices and services
• Analyzing customer needs and customizing packages of wireless, voice, and data products and services
• Educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions to our customers
• Consistently meeting performance targets, including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma/GED and 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
• Customer acquisition sales skills, including competitive drive and confidence for success
• Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT, computer hardware proficiency, and ability to navigate between Windows systems
• Superior customer service skills, building loyalty and customer satisfaction
