As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new Home Health Aides, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and maintaining an active presence at healthcare job fairs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new Home Health Aides
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Follow up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff to identify potential candidates
- Maintain an active presence at healthcare job fairs and organize open house events
- Utilize the Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential Home Health Aides
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting Home Health Aides in a similar environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home health care or managing home health care services for a loved one
- Ability to provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA related work)
- High energy and well-spoken demeanor
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
