**About the Role:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our multicultural projects. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates, proposing new alternatives for candidate sourcing, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the current processes of the area
* Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
**What We're Looking For:**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* 1+ previous work experience (although not required, it's a plus)
* Advanced English level, with excellent communication and writing skills
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and software applications
