Primary Responsibilities
As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers via phone or in person, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
- Reviewing confidential tax information and maintaining a working knowledge of current tax laws and policies to educate and advise internal and external customers.
- Providing account maintenance according to tax laws and policies, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer requests.
- Supporting customers with online self-service functions through the Georgia Tax Center, utilizing advanced technology to provide seamless and efficient support.
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to provide knowledgeable and accurate information in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staying up-to-date with revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws to maintain a high level of expertise and provide accurate guidance to customers.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information.
