**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support Operational Accounting by performing a range of tasks, including data entry, processing correspondence, and creating customer letters
* Proactively seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions or issues
* Interact with client personnel on a range of information, including check status and reissue requests
* Process accounting entries and update data in spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Perform manual data entry and update data in various systems and spreadsheets
* Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, operational support, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
