Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate I. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and physicians by responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. As a Customer Advocate I, you will work in a fast-paced call center environment, conducting research, and spending approximately 85% of your scheduled time on the phone according to business needs.
