As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for working 15-20 hours per week, with hours falling between Monday and Friday, 8AM-5PM. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely data entry, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
Qualifications and Skills
