We are looking for an Italian Customer Advisor to provide support for one of the biggest online pharmacies in Europe. The role involves providing inbound customer care, giving advice, and ensuring a smooth order and delivery process. The ideal candidate will have a native or proficient level of Italian, intermediate level of English, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Able to follow guidelines and instructions
- Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
- Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
- Previous, demonstrable experience with creation of online help resources
- Life experience to apply to managing situations
- Early adopter of technology
- Ability to put customers at ease
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
