As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide fast and effective support to clients, diagnose hardware and software problems, and implement solutions. Responsibilities - Monitor, answer, and respond to requests by phone calls, voicemails, emails, and web submission - Utilize a ticketing system to log, update and communicate issues and progress - Provide Windows 10 & 11 OS Support - Hardware Troubleshooting and support - Basic troubleshooting of user account and profile issues - Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy - Assist libraries with the use, configuration, and troubleshooting of core software Envisionware and Sierra Skills - Associates degree and/or equivalent experience in information technology field - 1 to 2 years of experience supporting desktop devices - Understanding of computer and network operations - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communications - Excellent organization and problem-solving skills - Excellent customer service skills - Must be able to pass Criminal Background Clearances Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - 401K with company match Company Overview - Questeq is an information technology company offering educational technology management services.
