Job Title: Information & Records Specialist Job Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 Job Duration: 3 Months contract with possible extension Pay Rate: $28.00/Hour on W2 Work Mode: Hybrid Work Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Job Description Job Summary Coordinates and takes direct responsibility for programs, projects, or events, ensuring smooth planning and execution from start to finish. Develops and implements administrative systems to effectively manage assigned areas, while serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries from customers, participants, and academic collaborators. Maintains accurate records, prepares reports, manages budgets, and supports planning activities. May also oversee updates to web pages, websites, or program materials. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while effectively planning, prioritizing, and tracking tasks. Proficient in using common office software. Job Duties Serves customers of the FAS Registrar's Office directly either by telephone, email ,or face to face. Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and issues. Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources. Responsible for the credentialing functions of the FAS Registrar's Office which includes student records, transcripts, degree & enrollment verifications, and other duties as assigned. Required Skills Possesses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Has strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience with computer technologies such as Microsoft Office suite Higher Ed experience a plus! #TB_EN #ZR
