I run a small digital marketing agency and am looking for an experienced business consultant or agency advisor to review the business and provide strategic guidance. This will be a consulting engagement, not a full-time or part-time role. The goal is to work with someone who has experience growing service businesses or marketing agencies and can help refine the business strategy, client acquisition approach, and sales process. ⸻ What I Need Help With I’m looking for someone who can review my current setup and provide advice on areas such as: • Client acquisition strategy • Improving my sales process and pitch • Reviewing and improving my presentation / pitch deck • Evaluating my service offering and positioning • Identifying the best channels for acquiring new clients • Improving overall business structure and strategy • Providing practical suggestions to grow the agency This will likely involve reviewing materials and having a few consultation calls. ⸻ Current Situation The agency provides digital marketing services for a specific niche. I am currently working on outbound outreach and sales presentations to acquire new clients. I’m looking for an outside expert who can give honest feedback and practical recommendations. ⸻ Ideal Candidate The ideal consultant has: • Experience growing or advising marketing agencies or service businesses • Strong understanding of client acquisition and sales strategy • Experience reviewing sales processes and pitch presentations • Ability to give clear, practical advice rather than generic suggestions • Experience working with early-stage businesses Bonus if you have: • Built or scaled your own agency • Experience with B2B service businesses • Experience helping founders improve client acquisition
