The Supply Chain Associate will conduct detailed product analyses and assist clients in achieving their financial and environmental goals within a complex supply chain context.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed and technical product analyses to determine best in class cost, design, and environmental footprint
- Assist with acquiring and developing tools that help our clients set and achieve their products’ financial and environmental goals
- Employ skills in Design, Value Analysis, Value Engineering, and Design for X across a products supply chain and across its lifetime to maximize the value of the product to our client and their customers
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, but degrees in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field will be considered
- One year of related work experience; or a graduate degree and some related work experience
- Previous experience in a design, engineering, procurement, or manufacturing role
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
- Ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
- You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
- Experience gained within another large professional services organization
- Established networking skills in a relevant industry
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot
