As a Client Experience Supervisor (CXMs), you will mentor partners, address customer service escalations, and perform Director On-the-job (MOD) duties, guaranteeing a safe opening and closing process. Key Responsibilities
- Client Assistance and Partner Engagement (25%): Drive customer assistance and partner engagement; mentor Partners on appropriate client care procedures and ensure the team is providing the highest level of customer service. Resolve client escalations within the store and through Client Care, guaranteeing Division Managers and Floor Sales Partners are prepared for high-volume sales periods.
- People Management (25%): Provide real-time coaching based on observations and behavior, collaborating with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) regarding formal performance discussions and discipline. Recognize Partners for demonstrating assumptions and utilize recognition tools (Partner Awards) to highlight partners showcasing value-based behaviors and productivity.
- Director On-the-job (50%): Lead store opening gatherings and walk every department to ensure store readiness. Convey messages, needs, and tasks to all partners, performing Opening, Closing, and MOD responsibilities as well as other entire store center liabilities. Validate daily store needs with ASMs and Senior Managers, ensuring partners complete all store agendas according to timing expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 8-hour shifts
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to stand, walk, or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
