Key Responsibilities
- Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required, to support data enrichment tasks for our healthcare client.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Verify information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available 40 hours per week starting immediately, with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
