About the Role

The Customer Practice Manager will play a critical role in leading and supporting transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages. You will develop a long-term ProServe strategy and execute against that strategy within our Media & Entertainment vertical in the United States. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will drive strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational ProServe programs, while managing all aspects of business development, deal structuring, deal support, and ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories.
