In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving solutions within the HR and Finance Workday team. You will work closely with the Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the system's functionalities. As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other teams to provide guidance and support, staying up-to-date with current developments in your area of expertise, and identifying strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions. You will also need to have excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in software development approaches, technical conditions, and business analysis. You should be skilled in analyzing medium to large business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals. You should also be able to navigate, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical specifications, and manage and prioritize multiple work streams/tasks.
