Key Responsibilities
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Transplant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion
- Making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes
- Working in a high production environment where you will need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service
- Utilizing strong computer skills to accurately and efficiently complete data entry tasks
- Collaborating with the Specialty Mail Order team to ensure seamless and effective operations
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, customer focus, team orientation, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues

Compensation and Benefits
