Job Summary

The Senior Director of Customer Growth and Business Development role is a newly created position that will serve as the strategic bridge between arenaflex and our potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create value in a rapidly changing environment. This position will be responsible for leading all growth and customer marketing-related activities, building strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives, and providing customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with a background or experience working with Foodservice customers.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the ideal candidate will have experience working with iconic brands, a strong understanding of the CPG industry, and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation through customer-centric marketing strategies.
