Job Overview
In this part-time remote position, you will be responsible for assembling analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces. You will answer key business questions, provide analytical expertise, and drive the utilization of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytical solutions that drive business growth
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and preferences
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, both written and orally
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve analytical capabilities and drive business results
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics)
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space, with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, and working with data at scale
