Job brief This role is responsible for leading and managing three core delivery teams: Business Analysis (BA) UX/UI Design Project Management You will ensure alignment between business needs, user experience, and project execution across all software delivery initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with developers, testers, DevSecOps, and client-side stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities As Business Analysis Team leader - Guide the BA team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements that accurately refl ect business needs and client expectations. - Ensure business analysts work closely with clients and stakeholders to defi ne scope, user journeys, and business rules. - Encourage the use of AI-assisted tools for improving requirement clarity, automating documentation, and enhancing stakeholder communication. - Review business requirements and ensure traceability through design, development, and testing phases. As UX/UI Design Team leader - Oversee the UX/UI team in creating intuitive, user-centric designs aligned with business objectives and technical constraints. - Ensure designers are involved early in the process to translate business and functional requirements into meaningful user experiences. - Promote the use of AI tools for wireframing, user research analysis, and rapid prototyping to increase speed and design consistency. - Maintain high standards in usability, accessibility, and brand alignment across all interfaces. As Project Management Team leader - Direct the PM team in managing timelines, resources, milestones, and stakeholder expectations across projects. - Oversee the application of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, and ensure alignment with the nature and complexity of each engagement. - Ensure proactive project budgeting, cost control, and risk management in alignment with contract scope and company goals. - Support remote project execution by implementing collaboration tools, clear check-in structures, and documentation standards. Cross-Functional & Client Coordination - Ensure seamless coordination across internal cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevSecOps) and client-side project members. - Act as the key delivery point of contact for clientsleading workshops, requirement sessions, design walkthroughs, demos, and retrospectives. - Monitor and report project health, risks, and scope changes to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency and control. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fi eld. - 10+ years of experience in digital product or software project delivery. - 5+ years in a leadership or team/project lead capacity. - Proven track record managing both Agile and Waterfall projects. - Solid understanding of SDLC, UX/UI workfl ows, and business analysis practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills (Thai & English). - Familiarity or experience with AI tools in a work or delivery context. - Eagerness to learn and drive the teams growth Benefits: 100% Work From Anywhere (Working at the offi ce is also possible but optional) Performance Bonus 7+3 days of annual paid vacation Group Health Insurance Life insurance
