Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
- Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document generation
- Create and resolve customer service concern tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle special management projects, as well as spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet research activities
