Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving order issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and notes regarding customer interactions, orders, and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and note-taking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with resolving order issues, such as delays and shipping issues
- Ability to work from home and dedicate yourself to this position during your scheduled shift
