About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. This is an inbound call-only position, with no cold calling required. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications. While awaiting your state license, you will initially handle billing calls, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements and Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Have open availability during hours of operation.
- Possess professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills.
- Reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.
At-Home Requirements:
- A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- High-speed internet connection (Download: 5 Mbps and Upload: 5 Mbps).
- Self-accountability and ownership.
- Self-motivation.
- Comfort with being on web camera during training and production.
- Use of personal devices during the first week (pre-licensing), excluding Kindle Fire Tablets and cell phones.
