- Manage and monitor employee DOT documents and cards, ensuring that all expiration dates are tracked and updated as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Schedule employee physicals as needed, coordinating with clients and clinics to ensure that all occupational health services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, guiding them through the process of scheduling occupational medicine and substance abuse testing services, and ensuring they are fully supported throughout their journey with arenaflex.
- Coordinate onsite medical surveillance services when required, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that all logistical and operational aspects are managed smoothly.
- Facilitate the review and verification of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client agreements and internal policies.
- Promote and maintain positive, professional relationships with clinics, vendors, and other stakeholders, ordering supplies for clinics as needed and ensuring that all interactions reflect the high standards of arenaflex.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
