Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual performance targets/quotas and maintain a high level of pipeline coverage
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve performance targets

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle, quota-carrying sales roles at a software-as-a-service company, preferably in the education technology sector
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new business-focused roles
- Experience in creating and executing effective territory and account plans
- Strong understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Value Selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to present to Executive leaders
- Proficiency with CRMs, such as Salesforce, and experience with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with a strong bias towards action and a results-driven approach
