We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our End-to-End (E2E) Product Management Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new products and optimizing existing capabilities throughout the customer journey, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our digital customer experience offerings. The successful candidate will have experience leading end-to-end product management for global digital products, with the ability to translate business goals into high-impact product initiatives. Working in an Agile environment, in collaboration with a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Product roadmap for our digital customer experience offerings and ensuring the Backlog is properly prioritized, defined, and executed for the team.

Strong ability to influence, interact, and lead globally, as well as strong cross-functional leadership skills, are essential. The ability to translate business cases into a roadmap informed by technical constraints, balancing technical with desired business outcomes, is also required.

Education and Experience

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience. 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to Product Owner & Product Manager roles, is essential. Knowledge of IT systems development is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with Web and CRM platforms. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment, as well as strong problem-solving skills for complex business challenges, are also required.

At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $131,300.00 - $197,300.00, depending on location and experience.
