About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Intern with a strong foundation in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
- Collaborate with licensed therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as needed
- Participate in peer consultation and case review to ensure best practices and continuous quality improvement
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to the growth and development of Insight Therapy Solutions through innovative ideas and feedback
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling)
- Current intern license in one of the following areas: CSWI, MFTI, or CPCI
- Availability to report to our NV office (for CSWI specialization)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with insurance billing and credentialing
