Key Responsibilities
The Product Manager - Customer Loyalty will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Strategy & Planning (40%): Gain a thorough understanding of customer and associate needs, translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy, and communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners.
- Delivery & Execution (30%): Ensure product alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities, document and review quality and change control standards, formulate and test assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing, and create, prioritize, and accept user stories.
- People (30%): Foster collaboration with team members, act as a proponent of modern software development practices, advocate for the end-user and stakeholder, and manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- High school diploma and/or GED
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
