**Job Description**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into appointments and drive revenue growth for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest information.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring that our clients are able to meet their sales goals
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth for our clients
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest information and best practices
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Must be able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
* Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with a focus on meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth for our clients
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals
**Requirements**
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing clear and concise information to customers
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
