**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional assistance with their account questions, billing inquiries, and technical support needs.
* Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access issues.
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Schedule**
Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs. You'll work:
* Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
* Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision.
* A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home, as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace free of distractions.
* Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required.
