**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our consumer data collection and activation efforts. As a Director of Consumer Data Collection and Activation, you'll be responsible for driving first-party (1PD) consumer data collection and activation systems across our digital landscape. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and loyalty across various digital channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital environment.
* Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable consumer data.
* Investigate potential opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve consumer profiles and segmentation.
* Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
* Organize end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
* Collaborate with various teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives.
* Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with data protection regulations and industry standards.
* Execute robust consent management processes to obtain explicit authorization from consumers for data collection and usage.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science)
* At least 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
* Proven track record of driving data-driven marketing strategies and advocating for exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
* Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign
