In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription endorsements, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests. You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues.
