As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in our customer success journey. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with our hot leads and existing customers via various channels, including calls, emails, and chats. Building positive and long-lasting relationships with our customers is key to our success, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional support, ensuring customer happiness and loyalty.
Your day-to-day activities will include meeting team KPIs, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, securely handling sensitive customer information, and applying best practices in customer happiness. You will also be required to maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you can provide informed and helpful support at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in Slovak and English (B2 level), as well as attention to detail, analytical, and research skills. A positive and responsible attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. You will also need to have a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
While not essential, having customer service or sales experience would be a significant advantage in this role. Additionally, experience with CRM systems would be beneficial, although training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
