As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician I at Workwarp, you will be the go-to expert for a group of 7-Eleven stores, responding to service calls and work orders initiated through the 7Help system. This role reports to the Area Facilities Manager and is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of in-store equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to work orders for a variety of in-store equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage equipment, hot food equipment, fuel dispensers, and more
• Address plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues as needed
• Manage and maintain parts inventory for assigned vehicle
• Replace 'plug and play' equipment as required
• Assist with training and supporting other level 1 technicians
• Prioritize and schedule daily tasks and work assignments
• Complete required reports and paperwork, including time and materials used
• Inspect equipment to determine if servicing or further action is necessary
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on structures and equipment
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and procedures outlined in service manuals
• Take on special projects and additional duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician I at Workwarp, you will need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in maintenance or a related field
• A valid Driver's License
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Leadership skills and ability to support peer-to-peer tech support

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following qualifications and skills can enhance your application:

• Additional certifications or training in maintenance or a related field
• Experience with facility management software and systems
• Knowledge of 7-Eleven store operations and equipment
