Job Summary

As an Inventory Planner I, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory levels, supervising and leading inventory-related functions, and ensuring seamless operations across our production and sales centers. Key Responsibilities

• Count and reconcile daily inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Monitor and track syrup usage in production runs to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
• Reconcile and confirm daily production orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Track and report efficiencies and yields associated with inventory and production to identify areas for improvement
• Reconcile all sales loads, track and report breakage, damage, and loss to minimize inventory shrinkage
• Report to management and supervision daily out-of-stock items and materials to ensure prompt resolution
• Perform weekly age analysis and report any close-dated product to minimize inventory obsolescence
• Assist in the training and development of departmental personnel to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
• Manage produced product replenishments to surrounding sales centers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Manage inventory levels to plan at a third-party warehouse to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs
• Review, monitor, and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out-of-stock risk to sales
• Provide high-level customer service focus and response as an operations liaison to a sales center
• Create and prioritize product replenishments to meet volume plans and ensure timely delivery of products
• Generate and review daily reports to ensure data accuracy and inform business decisions
• Prepare and file reports to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving
• Ability to pass a post-offer background and drug test to ensure a safe and secure work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management
• Background knowledge of SAP Physical Inventory Management or similar inventory management systems
