About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Internet-Based Hotel Reservationist to join our collaborative team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with travel bookings and planning, and performing administrative tasks to support our senior consultants and other team members. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries, addressing and resolving client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction, and ensuring that every client interaction is a positive and memorable one.
- Travel Booking and Planning: Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget, and provide personalized travel recommendations to ensure that every client's travel experience is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members, prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases, maintain organized records and ensure data integrity, and perform data analysis and reporting tasks as required.
- Assistant: Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed, assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our team.
Essential Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and the ability to research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and a strong focus on providing clear, concise, and professional communication at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly and easily.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality, and a strong focus on ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
