This is a testament to our commitment to growth and development, and we're excited to see where your journey will take you. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
