**Responsibilities**
As a key member of our Virtual Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for:
* Executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
* Writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards and best practices
* Producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams
* Partnering with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and optimize overall development processes
