**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that meet the needs of our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using a range of technologies, including C++, WinRT, and WinUI
* Collaborate with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients
* Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability

**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
* 4+ years of experience in software development using a range of technologies, including C++, WinRT, and WinUI
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, code quality, testing, and troubleshooting
* Experience in the full development lifecycle of sending software at scale
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work independently and as part of a strong and stable team
**Preferred Qualifications**
