We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, and executing recruitment strategies that drive results. About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the pharma and sales industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying top talent through various sourcing channels that align with our client's needs
- Building strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to be a true talent advisor and offer recommendations based on data analysis and market research
- Creating strong networks and pipelines of both active and passive candidates in various markets and industries
- Conducting thorough candidate interview screens to understand motivation, goals, skill sets, industry knowledge, etc.
- Facilitating client-candidate interviews, offer packages, and onboarding processes as needed
- Maintaining internal and external applicant tracking systems for up-to-date information in all stages of the interviewing process
- Demonstrating a strong ability to achieve monthly goals and important metrics and a desire to grow professionally
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of success in the pharma and sales industries. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong client and candidate focus for a pleasant experience for all parties and a commitment to continuous improvement
- The ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationships
- Strong time prioritization skills, the ability to adapt to change, and flexibility when directions and priorities shift
- Proven success working on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives on a global scale, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment
- The ability to actively participate on the recruiting team, look for ways to make valuable contributions, and develop an environment of open collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to partner with employees across all levels of the organization
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
