* Working with broader arenaflex Finance to analyze financial performance, provide recommendations to senior leadership to progress, and support for key navigation
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Four-year college education with 3+ years of moderate experience in senior accounting influential positions at a mix of public organizations, late-stage startups, and/or public accounting firms
* CPA or CA with a deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements for different types of legal entities
* Strong project management skills including tact and ability to focus on and lead high-priority drives on concurrent timelines
* Model relational, verbal, and written communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to articulate complex ideas across various audiences
* Experience working with modern software and systems, especially NetSuite and Zip
* Strong analytical skills, including working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
