**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you'll be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of critical F&A systems. You'll work closely with our finance partners to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis, combined with your passion for technology, will enable you to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Creating connections and collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs
* Working closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities
* Advancing financial cycles, planning philosophies, frameworks, reports, and analyses
* Serving as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to facilitate change
* Performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis
* Continuously improving existing processes and driving innovation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; postgraduate education is a plus
* 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on finance technology
* Strong working knowledge of financial reports and statements
* Solid understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data science
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results and meet deadlines
* Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
* Knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and platforms
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
* Certification in finance, accounting, or a related field
