As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers' technical questions and issues. You'll join a dynamic team of tech support specialists in a call center, where you'll provide top-notch support for our Fios customers with their voice, data, and video services. Your expertise will help troubleshoot issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and you'll be the trusted advisor for our customers' tech-related queries.
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate customer service professional with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. You'll thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world. If you have a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, that's a plus. Technical support call center experience is also a desirable asset.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You'll be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your positive attitude, empathy, and patience will make you a trusted advisor for our customers.

If you're hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $670.00 and $1,774.50 weekly based on a full-time schedule.
