We're seeking an experienced e-Service Chat Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service experiences to our members. **Responsibilities** As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our business unit to customers and business partners. You will acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of our product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers.
