As a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a strong customer relationship and contributing to the success of our organization. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls on our multi-line phone system during scheduled hours, providing exceptional service to our customers * Making outbound calls for service, follow-ups, and membership inspections to ensure seamless communication and resolution * Responding to email correspondence and coordinating with customers to address their needs and concerns * Monitoring and contacting expired memberships to prevent lapses and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction * Performing additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office **Strongly Preferred Qualities** While we welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, we strongly prefer those with: * Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Knowledge or experience with the ServiceTitan program, which will enable you to hit the ground running * A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people * Superior phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally * Superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software * A clean criminal background and a commitment to being drug-free * A team player mentality, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to support colleagues * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality **WE EXPECT YOU TO** As a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant, we expect you to: * Demonstrate exceptional phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally * Possess superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software * Work with a great attitude, demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to your work * Show up to work on time, complete all responsibilities efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity * Be a team player, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the success of our organization **Job Type and Schedule** This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week.
